A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Morgan County Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.

It explains how to reach the Morgan County Sheriff, Circuit Court, Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification, and Illinois Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not combined into third-party files or consumer reports. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
