Requests for official Morgan County criminal records belong with the government office that created or filed the material. This private reference site cannot retrieve or change a record. The contacts below route court files to the Circuit Clerk, sheriff and jail records to the Sheriff's Office, and statewide history questions to Illinois State Police.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
